Mountain Wolf s.r.o has been granted registration as a virtual asset service provider by the Trade Register. The registration enables Mountain Wolf s.r.o to provide virtual currency exchange services and virtual currency wallet services.

MiCar (Mica) licensing process ongoing, expected Q4 2025.

MOUNTAIN WOLF LLC is licensed by the Tbilisi Industrial Free Zone Authority to provide Virtual Asset Services, Custodian Services, Payment Services and Foreign Exchange Services.

The license granted (incl. activities) enables MOUNTAIN WOLF PSP FZCO to act as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) and to offer prepaid card management services.
